Questo è stato il mio pensiero guida, sin da bambino.
Una passione nata con me, ha trovato nella mia capacità di sognare la forza per alimentarsi.
Quando mi misi in gioco per davvero avevo 22 anni, lavoravo sodo come dipendente di una piccola azienda e con tanti sacrifici ero riuscito a mettere da parte una piccola somma.
Mi servivano 75 milioni di lire per comprare una piccola ruspa e investire sulle mie capacità. 75 Milioni per sospingere avanti il primo passo verso la mia realizzazione.
Fu grazie a Sergio che, per primo, credette in me, che riuscii a porre le basi per la realizzazione del mio sogno e a richiedere un prestito bancario. Ora potevo davvero mettermi in gioco. 
Mi feci in quattro per estinguerlo il prima possibile.
Ogni piccolo lavoro di movimento terra, era un’occasione per crescere.
Quella mia nuova ruspa, tanto sudata, mi aveva permesso di crescere e di scommettere sul mio progetto.
Ho restituito il prestito in 3 anni.
Ogni anno sono cresciuto e ho aggiunto un macchinario alla mia azienda, reinvestendo sempre nella mia attività.

This was my guiding thought, since I was a child.
A passion born with me, found in my ability to dream of the strength to feed.
When I got involved for really 22 years, I worked hard as an employee of a small company and with many sacrifices I managed to put aside a small sum.
I needed 75 million lire to buy a small scraper and invest on my skills. 75 Million to push forward the first step towards my realization.
It was thanks to Sergio who, first of all, believed in me that I was able to lay the foundations for the realization of my dream and to request a bank loan. Now I could really get involved.
I went out of my way to extinguish it as soon as possible.
Every little earthmoving job was an opportunity to grow.
That my new sweeper, so sweaty, had allowed me to grow and bet on my project.
I returned the loan in 3 years.
Every year I grew up and added a machine to my company, always reinvesting in my business.
